AI-native agent creation and execution environment. Canvas with breakpoint debugging, payload inspection, named version history with rollback, and production analytics. Exposes itself and individual agents as MCP endpoints, so external tools (including Wingtip) can build and deploy agents programmatically. Inbound and outbound webhooks integrate with RMM and monitoring stacks.

Multi-tenant management platform: per-client configuration of products, models, connectors, agents, and skills; feature flags per tenant; usage analytics (tokens, agent runs, per-user activity); PII-masking demo mode; role-based delegation to client admins. Platform-level tenant isolation.

## MSP Partner Program

Synthreo works with MSP partners across three practice stages: Start (launch a branded AI offering), Monetize (turn pilots into billed products), and Scale (operate AI across a book of business).
