Track 03 · Scale

The DIY build got you this far. Client-ready is a different bar.

Somewhere in your shop there's an agent that already works, for you or for one trusting pilot client, built in a tool that was never meant to carry someone else's data. The Scale track is for MSPs who cleared the hard part and are stuck on the part nobody warns you about: cost control, governance, and the isolation that makes it safe to hand to a client.

This Is You If

Something's built. Nothing's shippable.

You've got an agent running in a low-code builder, or a build from an AI coding assistant that does real work. You can't say what it costs per job, because usage sits in a dashboard mixed in with everything else your team runs. It hits a plan cap at the worst possible moment. There's no audit trail if a client's compliance lead asks how their data is handled. And moving it from your instance to a client's isn't a settings toggle, it's a rebuild.

What You Get

The productization layer a personal build doesn't have

The Plan

From personal build to billable practice

  1. 01

Show us what you built. We look at what's running today, wherever it lives, against the platform.

  2. 02

Move it onto a client-safe runtime. Migration, not a rewrite. Isolation and cost attribution land on day one.

  3. 03

Price it and ship it. Package what you built into an offering with real per-client economics, ready for the first client conversation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about productizing an MSP AI build

I built something in a low-code tool or an AI coding assistant. Do I have to start over to bring it to Synthreo?

No. What you built transfers as a migration project, not a rewrite. The logic and the work you already put in carry over onto the platform.

How do I know what an AI build actually costs before I quote a client?

Canopy attributes usage per client and per job from day one, so the cost of running a build is a number you have going into the quote, not one you find out after.

What's the risk of showing a client something I built in a personal tool?

Mainly isolation and governance. A build made with a personal AI tool was never architected for someone else's data to pass through it, and there's no version history or rollback if something breaks mid-engagement. Moving it onto Canopy and Pylon gives it real tenant isolation, access control, and an audit trail you can put in front of a client's compliance team.

What happens when I hit a usage cap or the cost swings unpredictably mid-project?

That's a symptom of running production work on a plan built for individual use. Canopy usage budgets are set per client and per job by you, so capacity follows the work instead of a shared plan limit resetting on you mid-build.

What if my practice already has real scale, dozens of clients on AI today?

The Scale track covers that too. Past the first dozen deployments, the same platform handles the operations side: one control plane across every tenant, a build queue that clears itself through Wingtip, and co-managed delivery when a project exceeds your bench.
