Synthreo is the AI-native platform for Managed Service Providers. We give MSPs everything they need to launch an AI-as-a-Service business without hiring AI experts — from our no-code agent builder (Builder) to a white-label ChatGPT-style portal (ThreoAI) that their clients actually use.
We’re a small, senior team shipping real products that MSPs deploy to thousands of end users. Our platform handles secure RAG pipelines, multi-tenant isolation, and deep ConnectWise PSA integrations — the kind of infrastructure that lets our partners monetize AI without becoming AI companies themselves.
The Role
You’ll join our Professional Services team to build custom automation workflows that deliver business outcomes for our customers. Using Synthreo’s low-code platform (Builder), you’ll design, implement, and maintain AI-powered solutions while collaborating with customer success professionals who manage overall project delivery and client communications.
This is an implementation-focused role — designing workflows, building solutions, and ensuring they work as intended. While you’ll interact with customers at times, you’ll be supported by our customer success team and have access to our internal AI engineers for technical guidance whenever needed. You’ll work directly with founders and a senior team; expect mentorship, high ownership, and real impact from day one.
What You’ll Do
Implementation (~80–90%)
- Build custom automation workflows using Synthreo’s low-code platform to solve real business problems
- Design and document solutions before implementation — understanding requirements, mapping processes, and planning integrations
- Test and troubleshoot workflows to ensure quality delivery and expected business outcomes
- Work with APIs, JSON, and REST to connect different software systems and data sources
- Leverage AI tools to assist in technical tasks and enhance workflow capabilities
- Maintain and iterate on existing automations based on customer feedback and evolving needs
Collaboration (~10–20%)
- Collaborate with the customer success team to understand project requirements and business context
- Work with internal AI engineers when you need technical support or guidance on complex implementations
- Communicate clearly with team members and occasionally with customers to clarify requirements or explain solutions
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to process improvements

You Have
- Experience with automation tools, low-code platforms, or RPA (robotic process automation) — you’ve built real workflows that solved business problems
- Ability to read and understand basic code (particularly Python) and explain what it does
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, and REST — how different software systems connect and exchange data
- Familiarity with common business tools like Microsoft 365, CRMs, or ticketing systems
- Clear communication skills in English — critical for remote collaboration
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking — you can break down complex processes into automatable steps
- Comfort working with AI tools to assist in technical tasks
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn — you’ll be building solutions with cutting-edge AI technology
Bonus Points
- Experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) space
- Familiarity with MSP tools like PSAs (ConnectWise, Autotask), RMMs, or BCDRs
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role
- Experience integrating different software systems
- Any coding experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms
