Our Story

Two paths, one platform

Synthreo came together when an AI engineering team with deep production platform experience met an MSP veteran who had lived the problem firsthand.

The Technology

Ivan Sivak and his team built production AI systems with a focus on enterprise workflows. With seed investment and LLM integration, they created a true multi-tenant SaaS platform for enterprise AI.

The platform was soon handling real LLM workflows and AI chatbot deployments in production. The engineering was there. What was missing was the channel.

The Channel

Vince Kent spent decades running MSPs. After selling his MSP cloudIT, he took a CTO role at Lyra Technology Group, one of the most prominent managed service providers in the industry, and immediately saw the gap: clients were asking for AI, MSPs had no platform to deliver it, and every tool on the market was built for individual users rather than for managed service at scale.

He went looking for the right technology. He found Ivan.

Today Synthreo is deployed across construction, legal, recruiting, and healthcare through a growing MSP partner network, advised by Arlin Sorensen, a 40-year MSP industry veteran.
