- No. The workspace includes chat, but the platform's core is execution and management: agents that complete work end to end, a build environment with debugging and rollback, and a multi-tenant control plane. A chatbot answers; the Synthreo platform acts.

- Model routing is vendor-agnostic and configured per tenant, so MSPs choose which models each client can use and are never locked to one provider. Synthreo does not train or fine-tune models on customer data.

- No. White-labeling is the default across the workspace, agents, and the native iOS and Android apps. Every surface an end client touches carries the MSP's brand, and the MSP owns the client relationship and the invoice.
