What is Synthreo?
Synthreo builds the AI layer for managed service providers: one platform where MSPs run, build, and manage a white-labeled AI practice for every client. Four products work as a single stack: Threo, Wingtip, Pylon, and Canopy.
What are the four Synthreo products?
Threo is the white-labeled AI workspace clients log into. Wingtip is agentic AI that turns plain English requests into finished work. Pylon is where agents are built, debugged, and run in production. Canopy is the control plane that manages every client tenant.
Who is Synthreo for?
Primarily managed service providers building an AI practice, and secondarily the businesses they serve. MSPs brand and bill the platform; their clients get a secure AI workspace and agents that do real work. Businesses without an MSP are matched with a Synthreo partner.
Is Synthreo a chatbot?
No. The workspace includes chat, but the platform's core is execution and management: agents that complete work end to end, a build environment with debugging and rollback, and a multi-tenant control plane. A chatbot answers; the Synthreo platform acts.
Which AI models does Synthreo use?
Model routing is vendor-agnostic and configured per tenant, so MSPs choose which models each client can use and are never locked to one provider. Synthreo does not train or fine-tune models on customer data.

How is client data protected?
The platform runs on Azure with Zero Data Retention on model calls, so prompts are never stored by the model provider. Tenant isolation is enforced at the platform level, client data never commingles, and MSPs control models, connectors, and feature access per client.
Do end clients ever see the Synthreo brand?
No. White-labeling is the default across the workspace, agents, and the native iOS and Android apps. Every surface an end client touches carries the MSP's brand, and the MSP owns the client relationship and the invoice.
