A client asks Wingtip for a repeatable automation. Wingtip designs it, builds it in Pylon programmatically, tests it, deploys it, and hands back a summary card. The client never sees Pylon. Your admins watch the whole thing happen from Canopy, where the agent's runs, usage, and cost roll up per tenant.
That loop, from request to production agent with no builder time, is what no single-product AI tool gives an MSP. Consumer AI tools stop at suggestions. Workflow platforms stop at the canvas. Synthreo closes the loop and puts your brand on it.
Connectors
Connects to the stack your clients already run
MCP connectors live inside the workspace, so clients link their own tools and data sources without filing a ticket. The catalog is configured per tenant in Canopy and grows on a rolling basis, so you control which connectors each client sees. On the operations side, outbound webhooks push agent events into your PSA, RMM, and monitoring stack, and anything with an API is reachable through MCP and signed webhooks.

A multi-tenant AI platform runs many isolated client environments on shared infrastructure. In Synthreo, isolation happens at the platform level: each client's data, configuration, models, and agents stay separate, and client data never commingles at the application or database layer.
Is Synthreo locked to one AI model vendor?
No. Model routing is vendor-agnostic and configurable per tenant, so an MSP can choose different models for different clients. Synthreo also does not train or fine-tune models on customer data; it uses retrieval, prompting, and data transformation with publicly available models.
