What does the work environment look like?

Remote-first with flexible hours. We're async by default — we document everything so you can do deep work on your own schedule, with synchronous collaboration when it's actually needed. Hybrid arrangements are supported for team members near our Phoenix, AZ headquarters. Team members work across the United States and globally.

What does the hiring process look like?

We hire based on skills, curiosity, and growth potential, not years of experience or pedigree. Our process includes an initial screening call, a skills or technical assessment, and team interviews. We read every application and respond within one week.

What is it like to work at Synthreo?

High ownership, low bureaucracy. You'll work directly with founders on a small, senior team shipping real products that MSPs deploy to real end users. Your decisions matter from day one, and you'll be working on AI that's live in production, not toy projects.

What kinds of skills or backgrounds do you look for?

We hire for skills, curiosity, and growth potential rather than specific credentials or years of experience. Most roles involve some combination of AI tooling, workflow automation, or MSP and enterprise IT experience. If you've worked with LLMs, built integrations, managed clients in an MSP environment, or deployed enterprise software, we want to hear from you. We also hire for adjacent roles in product, solutions architecture, and partnerships.
