Synthreo is the AI-native platform for Managed Service Providers. We give MSPs everything they need to launch an AI-as-a-Service business without hiring AI experts — from our no-code agent builder (Builder) to a white-label ChatGPT-style portal (ThreoAI) that their clients actually use.

We’re a small, senior team shipping real products that MSPs deploy to thousands of end users. Our platform handles secure RAG pipelines, multi-tenant isolation, and deep ConnectWise PSA integrations — the kind of infrastructure that lets our partners monetize AI without becoming AI companies themselves.

The Role

You’ll build the user-facing interfaces for three core products: ThreoAI (our client-facing AI chat portal with real-time streaming), Builder (our no-code agent platform with drag-and-drop workflow UI), and Tenant Management (our admin console for authentication, billing, and access control).

This is a frontend-focused role (~80–90%) with some backend collaboration. You won’t be doing pixel-perfect design work — we need someone who can ship functional admin interfaces, data grids, forms, and real-time streaming UIs. You’ll work directly with founders and a senior team; expect mentorship, high ownership, and real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

Frontend (~80–90%)

Build and iterate on React 19 interfaces — admin consoles, data grids, forms, workflow builders, and AI chat experiences
Implement real-time features using SignalR client for live chat streaming and data updates
Work with DevExtreme components for enterprise-grade data grids and UI elements
Build visual workflow editors using React Flow for diagram and node-based interfaces
Write clean component code with React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useCallback) and Context API for state management
Consume RESTful APIs with proper error handling, loading states, and optimistic updates
Style components with SASS/SCSS while maintaining responsive, accessible designs
Handle JWT authentication flows on the client side — login, token refresh, and protected routes

Collaboration (~10–20%)

Work closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and data shapes
Debug integration issues across the stack — understanding how your UI connects to .NET services
Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
Ship via Docker and GitHub Actions; contribute to CI/CD improvements as needed

What We’re Looking For

We hire based on skills, curiosity, and growth potential — not years of experience. If you’re eager to learn and can ship code, we want to talk.

You Have

1–3 years of frontend development experience — you’ve shipped real features to production
Solid React experience: hooks, component architecture, state management. You can build functional UIs without hand-holding
JavaScript ES6+ fluency — destructuring, async/await, array methods, modules
CSS/SASS proficiency — you can style components, handle responsive layouts, and debug styling issues
RESTful API consumption — fetching data, handling errors, managing loading states
Git version control — branching, merging, pull requests
Understanding of JWT authentication on the client side — login flows, token storage, protected routes
Clear async communication skills — critical for remote collaboration
Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn — you’ll be building interfaces for AI products

Bonus Points

DevExtreme React components or similar enterprise UI libraries
React Flow, JointJS, or similar diagram/workflow libraries
SignalR or WebSocket experience for real-time features
TypeScript experience
ECharts or similar charting libraries
Webpack configuration and build optimization
Jest/React Testing Library
Any backend knowledge (.NET, Node.js) is a plus but not required
Experience with AI/LLM-powered interfaces or chat applications
