Are there conversation or usage limits?

No. All ThreoAI plans include unlimited usage under our fair use policy. There are no per-conversation, per-message, or per-user query caps.

What's the difference between ThreoAI plans and AI Agents pricing?

ThreoAI is a per-user subscription for AI assistant access — your team uses it like a secure, private ChatGPT grounded in your company knowledge. AI Agents are standalone automations billed per agent per month, deployed to handle specific business processes like HR inquiries, ticket triage, or CRM lookups. You can have both, or just one.

Is Zero Data Retention included on all plans, or is it a paid add-on?

ZDR is enforced by default on every plan at no extra cost. Your prompts and responses are never stored by the AI provider, never used for training, and never shared across tenants. This is enforced at the infrastructure level via Azure, not an optional setting.

Is Synthreo HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant on all plans?

Yes. SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance is standard across all plans — it is not a premium tier feature. Zero Data Retention via Azure infrastructure is the foundation that makes this possible.

Can I white-label ThreoAI for my clients?

Yes. ThreoAI is purpose-built for MSP white-labeling. Your clients see your brand at every touchpoint. MSP partners receive special wholesale pricing not listed here — contact sales@synthreo.ai or visit the partner program page.

Does Synthreo offer a free trial or pilot?

What if my needs change after I sign up?

Plans are flexible. You can adjust user counts, add or remove agents, and change your billing cycle. There are no long-term lock-ins on monthly plans. Annual plans save 10% and can be discussed with our team.

Is SSO included, or is it a separate charge?

SSO is included. We don't charge an SSO tax. Enterprise identity features are part of the platform, not a reason to upgrade your plan.
